Behavior Analysts Raising Exceptional Children is a parent support group specifically for behavior analysts (BCBAs), BCaBAs, RBTs, & other ABA professionals who are parents of children with special needs. It can be difficult for behavior analysts & other ABA professionals to participate in typical or local parent support groups. For example, if a behavior analyst joins a parent support group that a past or present patient and/or their parents join, the behavior analyst must leave the group in order to stay within our ethical guidelines. Our organization aims to be a safe place for behavior analyst (& other ABA professionals) parents of children with special needs to gather together, support each other, and be brave together.
